Core Challenge will
guide you to be the best you can be. Day by day, you will

Practices in the development of your intuition and the
maintenance of your physical and mental fitness. Day by day,
you will discover that we have the capacity for unlimited
mental achievements, and therefore, as custodians of our planet,
we are responsible for the advancement and evolution of our
societies.

Core Challenge includes innovative workshops, manuals
and training tools. The key program is Master
Moves, a simple and highly effective fitness program for
core muscle development that can be practiced anywhere and
anytime. Master Moves
has been specifically designed to work the area that supports
your trunk and spine. By creating firm, lean and strong core
muscles, you will stabilize your spine to develop a solid
foundation for sustaining good body posture and optimal fitness!
