1. A clear understanding of WHAT goal you want to achieve.

2. A burning desire WHY you want to achieve your goal.

3. A plan of action which explains HOW your goal be achieved and when.

The problem however is that while everyone wants to be successful, most people don't have a plan that show WHAT, WHY, and HOW to do it. You cannot fail with a definite step by step plan, because each step you take will carry you along to the next step, like a track. All you need is the plan, the road map, and the courage to press on to your destination.
