The Do List - 3 Simple Steps

To help you achieve more confidence, wealth, success and happiness in the next 100 days, please follow these 3 steps:

  1. Watch "The Core Challenge" DVD and listen to the Intuitive Power CD before you start your 100 day challenge. The video will give you a good idea about the way you should implement your goal and activities for the next 100 days. The Intuitive Power program will keep you motivated to do whatever it takes to win the challenge day by day. These two tools will help you enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.

  2. Read The Core Challenge Manual. More than just a typical manual, this manual guides you, step by step through the practice of Core Training. Oswaldo Koch designed this manual to help you learn the fundamentals of health and fitness. Through its pages, he will be with you every step of the way.

  3. Track your daily activities. Practice your core exercises twice a day. Commit to track your daily activities this log. Consistent commitment is the magic key that opens the door to accomplishment.

    With practice you will come to a point of competence. You will find yourself accomplishing your daily activities gracefully and confidently. Then, you will achieve goals beyond your wildest dreams and you will discover the power within you!


The Perfect Routine - Sep by Step

Remember, winning The Core Challenge can be achieved through a holistic change in your lifestyle. Besides exercising every day, there are other important things you need to do every day. Begin each day by opening your Success Log and write down the date. Then the following routine:

  1. Read the Daily Affirmation and its meaning each morning.
  2. Close your eyes and visualize the Daily Affirmation.
  3. Write down the list of 5 important things you will do daily.
  4. Memorize the Daily Affirmation and follow your Success List.
  5. Check the items that you accomplished from your Success List.
  6. Check the list of the 5 most important things that you accomplished.
  7. Write down the list of 5 activities you enjoyed during the day.

Place a check (v) when you accomplish an item from your list, otherwise place (X)
